Sec. 32. (a) The board may appoint an executive director of the authority. (b) If the board determines to appoint an executive director, the board shall appoint a nominating committee composed of members of the board. The committee must submit a recommendation to the board concerning the individuals qualified to serve as executive director. As added by P.L.346-1989(ss), SEC.7. Amended by P.L.86-1999, SEC.16.
