Copies of the audit report prepared under Subchapter G , Chapter 49 , Water Code, as required by Section 60.002 , Water Code, shall be certified to by the accountant who performed the audit and filed: (1) as required by Section 49.194 , Water Code; and (2) with the county clerk of Jefferson County.
