(55 ILCS 5/5-1084) (from Ch. 34, par. 5-1084) Sec. 5-1084. Regulation of water craft. In a county having less than 1,000,000 population, in public waters not under the jurisdiction of any municipality, the county board may regulate all water craft in a manner not inconsistent with the provisions of the "Boat Registration and Safety Act", as now or hereafter amended.
