Sec. 13. (a) The division may grant a provisional license to an applicant who is not able to demonstrate compliance with a rule because the child care center is not in full operation. (b) A provisional license shall be granted for a limited period not to exceed one (1) year and is subject to review every three (3) months. As added by P.L.1-1993, SEC.141.
