Failure to conduct tests; penalty
Ind. Code § 16-41-14-16
in effectSec. 16. A practitioner who:
(1) is responsible for conducting a screening test required under this chapter; and
(2) knowingly or intentionally fails to conduct the screening test;
commits a Class A misdemeanor.
