4.1-45-23. Annual report The secretary or other officer charged with compiling an annual report of the proceedings of the state fair association and its financial condition for the preceding fiscal year by the annual meeting shall file a copy in the office of the agriculture commissioner. The commissioner shall include it, in whole or in part, in the commissioner's biennial report to the governor and the secretary of state.
