A director is not entitled to compensation but is entitled to reimbursement for actual expenses incurred in attending to district business. The expenses must be: (1) reported in the district's records; and (2) approved by the remainder of the board. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166 ), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
