Sec. 1. The board shall issue a CPA certificate to an individual who does the following: (1) Demonstrates good character through lack of a history of dishonest or felonious acts. (2) Meets the requirements set forth in this chapter and IC 25-2.1-4. (3) Pays the fee established by the board. As added by P.L.30-1993, SEC.7. Amended by P.L.128-2001, SEC.19.
