18 C.F.R. § 740.12
in effectEffective: 2024-07-01The Council may amend all or portions of these guidelines in accordance with established procedures. If it does, it will:
(a) Consult with appropriate advisory groups;
(b) Publish such proposed rulemaking in the Federal Register; and
(c) Simultaneously provide a copy of such proposed changes to each designated agency.
