All laws affecting the issuance of bonds by governmental entities, including Chapters 1201 , 1202 , 1204 , 1207 , and 1371 , Government Code, apply to bonds issued under this subchapter. To the extent of a conflict between those laws and this subchapter, the provisions of this subchapter prevail. Transferred from Transportation Code, Section 361.172 and amended by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 281 (H.B. 2702 ), Sec. 2.42, eff. June 14, 2005.
