15.1-16-03. Education factfinding commission - Compensation Each member of the commission is entitled to receive compensation at the rate set for a member of the legislative assembly under subsection 1 of section 54-03-20 and reimbursement for expenses, as provided by law for state officers, for attending commission meetings or performing duties directed by the commission.
