(410 ILCS 535/21.5) Sec. 21.5. Group burial; group cremation. Notwithstanding Sections 20 and 21 of this Act, a permit for a group burial or group cremation under Section 11.4 of the Hospital Licensing Act may be issued without a fetal death certificate.
