Negotiability of bonds, notes and coupons.
Miss. Code Ann. § 61-3-57
in effectAll bonds and notes and appurtenant coupons issued pursuant to this chapter shall be negotiable instruments within the meaning of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Mississippi.
