A. If any person acquires actual control of a fantasy contest operator that has been issued a permit pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, such person shall submit an application for a permit with the Department in accordance with § 58.1-4202 . B. Where any such acquisition of control is without prior approval of the Department, the Department may suspend any permit it has issued to such operator, order compliance with this section, or take such other action as may be appropriate within the authority of the Department. 2026, cc. 565 , 566 .
