in effectA local health department or local health officer that receives funding from the state for tuberculosis control pursuant to Item 4265-111-0001 of Section 2.00 of the annual Budget Act for purposes of this part may use those funds to reimburse the actual costs of carrying out the activities described in Section 121451.
