"Proprietary part"

Sec. 12. As used in this chapter, "proprietary part" means a part for a recreational vehicle that is: (1) manufactured by or for the recreational vehicle manufacturer; and (2) sold exclusively by the recreational vehicle manufacturer. As added by P.L.42-2025, SEC.40.
