In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "City" means the city of McLendon-Chisholm. (3) "District" means the Triple Creek Municipal Management District. (4) "Improvement project" means a program or project authorized by Section 3851.102 , inside or outside the district. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 794 (H.B. 4085 ), Sec. 1, eff.
