Claims filed after one hundred eighty-day claim period A claim filed after the one hundred eighty-day claim period prescribed by section 6-07.2-07 and subsequently accepted by the receiver is entitled to share in the distribution of assets only to the extent of the undistributed assets in the hands of the receiver on the date the claim is accepted or allowed.
