As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. “Board” means the board of county commissioners. 2. “Commission” means the Northern Nevada Water Planning Commission created by section 36 of chapter 531, Statutes of Nevada 2007, at page 3293 . 3. “Comprehensive plan” or “plan” means the plan developed by a regional water commission created by special act. 4. “Division” means the Division of Environmental Protection of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
