Sec. 2. (a) Except as provided in section 2.5 of this chapter, the right of any person to a prize is not assignable. (b) A prize may be paid to the estate of a deceased prize winner or to a person designated under an appropriate judicial order. As added by P.L.341-1989(ss), SEC.1.
