(230 ILCS 45/25-100) Sec. 25-100. Voluntary self-exclusion program for sports wagering. Any resident, or non-resident if allowed to participate in sports wagering, may voluntarily prohibit himself or herself from establishing a sports wagering account with a licensee under this Act. The Board and Department shall incorporate the voluntary self-exclusion program for sports wagering into any existing self-exclusion program that it operates on the effective date of this Act.
