15.1-27-04.2. State aid - Minimum local effort - Determination If a district's taxable valuation per student is less than twenty percent of the state average valuation per student, the superintendent of public instruction, for purposes of determining state aid in accordance with section 15.1-27-04.1, shall utilize an amount equal to sixty mills times twenty percent of the state average valuation per student multiplied by the number of weighted student units in the district.
