In this subchapter: (1) "Centralized capitol complex telephone system" means the system described in Section 2170.059 . (2) "Consolidated telecommunications system" has the meaning assigned by Section 2170.001 . Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1422, Sec. 4.05, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
