(a) A horse racetrack association shall deduct an amount from each pari-mutuel pool to be distributed as provided by Sections 2028.102 , 2028.103 , and 2028.104 . (b) The total maximum deduction under Subsection (a) is: (1) 18 percent from a regular wagering pool; (2) 21 percent from a multiple two wagering pool; and (3) 25 percent from a multiple three wagering pool.
