in effectEffective: 2024-07-01If the Secretary decides to decertify a SWA, they must send a Notice of Decertification to the SWA stating the reasons for this action and providing a 10-business-day period during which the SWA may request an administrative hearing in writing to the Secretary. The document must be published promptly in the Federal Register.
