A copy of the bylaws and all amendments to the bylaws of the Interstate Mining Commission promulgated under Section (i), Article V of the Interstate Mining Compact shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State. Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 15 (S.B. 1147 ), Sec. 2(3).
