Ind. Code § 13-20.5-10-2
in effectSec. 2. (a) A covered entity that violates this chapter is not subject to:
(1) a criminal or civil action or penalty; or
(2) any other sanction;
under this title or any other state law.
(b) A violation of this chapter does not create a cause of action.
