When does a contested suspension action include a fact-finding proceeding?
2 C.F.R. § 1400.752
in effectEffective: 2024-07-01(a) Fact-finding to resolve genuine disputes over facts material to the suspension occurs where the conditions listed in 2 CFR 180.735(b) are satisfied.
(b) The fact-finding official for DOI suspension proceedings is the DOI Debarment Program Director, unless the Suspending and Debarring Official designates another DOI official to serve as the fact-finding official.
