(225 ILCS 84/30) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 30. Board; immunity; chairperson. (a) A member of the Board has no liability in any action based upon a disciplinary proceeding or other activity performed in good faith as a member of the Board.
