1. A Provider Order for Life-Sustaining Treatment form executed in another state in compliance with the laws of that state or this State is valid for the purposes of NRS 449A.500 to 449A.581 , inclusive. 2. As used in this section, “state” includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and a territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
