Promulgation of rules, authority for, consultation with council. — The department, in consultation with the Missouri brain injury advisory council, shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 192.735 to 192.744 , pursuant to the provisions of section 192.006 and chapter 536 .
