"Independent activity"
Ind. Code § 31-9-2.1-128.7
in effectSec. 128.7. "Independent activity", for purposes of IC 31-34-1-1, includes any of the following when done by a child without the supervision of a parent, guardian, or custodian:
(1) Traveling on foot, by bicycle, or by public transportation.
(2) Playing outdoors.
(3) Remaining at home.
(4) Remaining in a stationary vehicle.
