(225 ILCS 20/29) (from Ch. 111, par. 6379) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 29. Order or certified copy thereof - prima facie proof. An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that: (1) Such signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; (2) Such Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (3) The Board and the members thereof are qualified to act.
