Prohibition on primary care physician noncompete agreements
Ind. Code § 25-22.5-5.5-2.5
in effectSec. 2.5. (a) This section does not apply to a physician noncompete agreement originally entered into before July 1, 2023.
(b) Notwithstanding any other law, a primary care physician and an employer may not enter into a noncompete agreement.
