Except as provided in subsection C of § 58.1-4202 and § 58.1-4212 , all fees, charges, and monetary penalties collected by the Department as provided in this chapter shall be paid into a special fund of the state treasury. Such funds shall be used to finance the administration and operation of this chapter. 2026, cc. 565 , 566 .
