Nev. Rev. Stat. § 482A.034
in effectDynamic driving task means all of the real-time operational and tactical functions required to operate an autonomous vehicle in traffic on a highway. The term does not include functions relating to planning for the use of the vehicle, including, without limitation, the scheduling of a trip or the selection of a destination or waypoint.
