Multicounty district — Creation.
RCW 67.38.040
in effectA joint hearing by the legislative authorities of two or more counties on the proposed creation of a cultural arts, stadium and convention district including areas within such counties may be held as provided herein: (1) The process to initiate such a hearing shall be identical with the process provided in RCW 67.38.030 (1), except a resolution of all the legislative authorities of each county with territory proposed to be included shall be necessary. (2) No territory may be added to or deleted from such a proposed district, except by action of the county legislative authority of the county within whose boundaries the territory lies pursuant to the process provided in RCW 67.38.030 . (3) The resolutions shall each contain identical provisions concerning the governing body, as delineated in RCW 67.38.050 .
