Medical edible cannabis product defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 678A.210
in effectMedical edible cannabis product means a product intended for the medical use of cannabis that:
1. Contains cannabis or an extract thereof;
2. Is intended for human consumption by oral ingestion; and
3. Is presented in the form of a foodstuff, extract, oil, tincture or other similar product.
