"Eligible student"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, an "eligible student" means a student who has completed less than fifty percent (50%) of the required number of credits necessary to graduate upon entering the student's fourth year of high school or any subsequent semester. As added by P.L.86-2020, SEC.7.
