Sec. 1.8. Each county election board shall have the ballots and all necessary furniture and appliances that go with the ballots at the polls delivered to the appropriate precinct not later than 6 p.m. of the day before election day. The county executive shall provide transportation for the material if requested to do so by the county election board. As added by P.L.3-1987, SEC.273.
