(225 ILCS 459/145) Sec. 145. Violations. Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense, the violator is guilty of a Class 4 felony. (Source: P.A. 97-602, eff. 8-26-11.)
