(55 ILCS 40/2) (from Ch. 33, par. 30) Sec. 2. The county treasurer shall receive the fees and costs, and shall keep in a book, to be kept for that purpose, a record of the time of the receipt of all such fees and costs, and the amount paid in therefor. (Source: P.A. 83-348.)
