(420 ILCS 20/20) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 241-20) Sec. 20. Appointment of Compact Commissioners. The Illinois voting and nonvoting Commissioners of the Central Midwest Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Commission shall be appointed by the Governor and subject to confirmation by the Senate. Each Commissioner shall hold office for a term of 2 years, expiring the third Monday in January of each odd-numbered year, and until his successor is appointed and qualified. (Source: P.A. 87-1166.)
