(a) A telecommunications utility may offer caller identification services under this subchapter only if the utility obtains written authorization from the commission. (b) A commercial mobile service provider may offer caller identification services in accordance with Sections 55.104 , 55.105 , 55.106 , 55.1065, and 55.107 .
