(605 ILCS 10/9.35) Sec. 9.35. Expense and Dislocation Allowance. In lieu of the payments authorized to be paid under this Act, the Authority may pay any person displaced from a dwelling, who elects to accept the payment, an expense and dislocation allowance which shall be determined according to a schedule established by the Authority.
