(415 ILCS 90/7) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 991-7) Sec. 7. Evaluation and report. The Agency shall submit to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before January 1, 1995, a report evaluating the effectiveness of the programs provided under this Act including all of the following: (1) An assessment of the need for a continuation of existing programs. (2) The need for the development and implementation of new programs, including appropriate funding mechanisms. (3) Any legislative and administrative action necessary to fully implement a comprehensive household hazardous waste management program in Illinois. (Source: P.A. 87-1159.)
