Nev. Rev. Stat. § 603A.435
in effectGender-affirming care means health services or products that support and affirm the gender identity of a person, including, without limitation:
1. Treatments for gender dysphoria;
2. Gender-affirming hormone therapy; and
3. Gender-affirming surgery.
