Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 33-803
in effect(a) There is:
(1) a Class B beer and wine 6–day license; and
(2) a Class B beer and wine 7–day license.
(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine at a hotel or restaurant, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on–premises consumption or on– and off–premises consumption.
(c) The annual license fees are:
(1) $300 for a 6–day license; and
(2) $400 for a 7–day license.
