(a) Chapter 2269 , Government Code, applies to the district's public work contracts, as defined by Section 2269.001 , Government Code. Section 2269.003 (d), Government Code, does not apply to the district. (b) The district shall comply with Subchapter A , Chapter 2254 , Government Code.
