in effectThe terms of a trust may assign different duties and standards of care to different trustees and, in doing so, relieve a trustee from liability with respect to a duty assigned to another trustee to the same extent that, in a directed trust, a directed trustee is relieved from duty and liability with respect to a trust director's power of direction under sections 7780.20 (relating to duty and liability of directed trustee - UDTA 9), 7780.21 (relating to duty to provide information to trust director or directed trustee - UDTA 10) and 7780.22 (relating to no duty to monitor, inform or advise - UDTA 11).
